I have lived in Merced since 1967 and attended local schools.  I am a retired Merced Police Officer where I worked for 24 ½ years.  3 years prior to that I worked at the Merced Co Sheriff’s Office.   After retiring from the Merced Police Department, I decided to go into Real Estate and work with my father who has had his Real Estate Brokers license since 1946.  After taking my Real Estate classes, I found another aspect of the Real Estate market that interested me, mortgage financing.  

After having worked at a competing mortgage company, I found that Guild Mortgage Company had more to offer my customers.  We have a multitude of lending products that will fit the needs of our customers.
