Ed Walters

I am Ed Walters, the local owner and Branch Manager of Guild Mortgage Company Merced. I have training and degrees in Business, Psychology, Divinity and Mortgage Banking. My previous 17 years have tempered me in the lending industry as I have been a co-owner of a mortgage company, as well as a branch manger for a number of mortgage banks and I have always been a “producing manager”. I have learned much about this industry and attempt to use my skills to assist my loan officers to be well trained and highly ethical in working with their clients.
